Kupac nam je vratio 2 proizvoda koje smo fakturirali u 2023., ali pošto je
obračunska godina već zatvorena, ne mogu stornirati račun. Postoji li neko
drugo rješenje?

Ovakve sitaucije odrađujemo uz upotrebu funkcionalnosti Dodaj na izlaznim računima uz obaveznu postavku "Zamjena predznaka" .
