U šifarniku idenata označimo da li je ident normiran za plate. Kod svakog izdavanja (i kod obrade radnih naloga) se nakon unosa količine otvara prozor, u kojem izaberemo radnika, koji je taj posao obavio.
Ako ovim mehanizmom pratimo radne naloge, dobijamo evidenciju o potrošenom vremenu i postizanju norme (pogledajte Primer proizvodnje sa ugrađenim normiranim uslugama).
