Osnovni je uzrok tome status radnog naloga, koji se postavi na vrijednost "O-otvoren" i potrebno ga je raspisati da bi ga se moglo obrađivati.
To se radi tako da se desnim klikom miša na radni nalog odabere u padajućem izborniku "Status O-otvoren u R-raspisan".
Postoji li više takvih radnih naloga koristi se čarobnjak "Promjena status radnog naloga".
