Ali v Pantheonu lahko beležimo kronologijo servisnih nalogov ?

Če je v šifrantu vrst dokumentov za servisni nalog izbrana opcija kronologija potem je tudi na servisnem nalogu viden ta zavihek. Panel je namenjen evidentiranju oz. spremljanju konverzacije med servisom in stranko. Na levi strani panela se nahajajo funkcije za začetek in konec klica in pa grid z zgodovino klicev. Na desnem panelu forme izberemo kontaktno osebo pri kupcu in zapisujemo potek pogovora (oz. bistvene elemente pogovora):
