Kod autorizacija kod klasifikacijskog plana, možemo podešavati autorizacije za svaku klasifikaciju koja se nalazi unutar klasifikacijskog plana. Ukoliko želimo da podesimo autorizacije idemo na Program, Dokumentacija, klasifikacijski plan, izaberemo za koju klasifiakciju želimo da podesimo autorizacije, te u desnom dijelu u panelu "autorizacije"možemo dodavati i oduzimati ili podešavati autorizacije kao na primjer da neko vidi odkumente ili može upravljati dokumentima, kojima je dodijeljena ta određena klasifikacija.
