Ukoliko je potrebno postaviti drugačiju kategoriju tj grupu za svako osnovno sredstvo, za potrebe izvještavanja, moguće je definirati "Grupe osnovnih sredstava" prema potrebi.
U "Grupe osnovnih sredstava" se ulazi dvoklikom na polje u koloni "Grupe" preko modula Novac - Osnovna sredstva - Registar osnovna sredstva
