Po završenom knjiženju rasknjiženja robe za određen period (npr. mesec, kvartal), a najmanje po izradi bilansa i završetku poslovne godine, unesemo datum, sa kojim zaključujemo materijalni promet, tj datum pre koga neće biti moguće menjanje podataka o cenama za vrednovanje, kalkulacije prijema, promene na JCI koji utiču na nabavnu cenu robe.
