Na Vrsti dokumenta na kojoj će se eProces izvoditi, potrebno je provjeriti da li su unešeni svi statusi neophodni za eProces. To uključuje: Prijedlog putovanja (1), U odobravanju (2), Odobreno putovanje (3), Neodobreno putovanje (4), Prijedlog obračuna (5), U potvrđivanju (6), U dopuni (7), Odobreno (8), Odbijeno (9), Potpisano (S)
Važno je da statusi budu numerisani i označeni kao gore navedeni.
