Kada pokušamo ispisati izdani račun koji ima otvorene ili djelomično otvorene avanse, program će prikazati poruku upozorenja: „Kupac ima otvorene avanse. Provjeri!“. To znači da korisnik treba provjeriti i možda povezati odgovarajući avans s računom.
