Ukupan fond sati predstavlja zbir svih sati iz onih vrsta zarada koje su označene da ulaze u fond sati. Kada su sati veći ili manji od potrebnog mesečnog fonda sati, prikazivaće se u crvenoj boji sa odgovarajućim oznakama (višak ili manjak sati).
