U gornjem delu prozora šifranta potrebno je uneti:
Vrsta rada (šifra vrste rada)
Naziv (naziv vrste rada).
U donjem delu, potrebno je uneti doprinose i poreze, koji se obračunavaju za tu vrstu rada, uključujući šifre doprinosa, šifre platnih naloga, brojeve dana za dospjelo plaćanje, i podatke o platitelju (da li je to zaposleni ili preduzeće).
