Funkcionalnost „Popuni PDV datum“ tehnički je dostupna za sve vrste dokumenata, ali se najčešće koristi kod dokumenata vrste 'Knjižna obavijest'. Ova vrsta dokumenta zahtijeva dodatnu pažnju jer, prema Zakonu o PDV-u (član 20. stav (12)-(15) i član 55. stav (6)), mora biti potvrđena od obje strane — i prodavca i kupca.
