Ne, za izvršenu donaciju hrane koja je u skladu sa članom 11a Pravilnika o primjeni Zakona o PDV, ne izdaje se poreska faktura, jer se ta isporuka ne smatra prometom uz naknadu, i kao takva se ne evidentira u PDV prijavi.
