Polje "Subj." označavamo ako želimo da kod knjiženja bude obavezan unos poslovnog partnera (subjekta). Kada je ova kontrola uključena, a podatak o subjektu nije unesen ili ne postoji, program će prilikom kreiranja pozicije temeljnice kod ručnog ili određenih automatskih knjiženja javiti grešku. Time se osigurava da se svaki unos veže za odgovarajućeg poslovnog partnera.
