Imamo več vrst inventarnih številk - od številčnih do opisnih in bi želeli z nekim presečnim datumom dalje uporabljati le še števične, vendar nam program avtomatsko številči od zadnje vnešene. Kako lahko uredimo, da bo avtomatsko številčenje kot željeno?

Nastavitev se nahaja v Administratorski konzoli in sicer Nastavitve/program/Administratorska konzola. Poiščemo Nastavitve/Denar/Osnovna sredstva. Tukaj se potem določi Datum za kreiranje nove inv.št. OS, vnesti pa je potrebno tudi novo željeno inventarno številko od vključno katere dalje želimo, da se številči avtomatsko po novem pravilu.
