Da li je moguce preko modula Servis moguce zaprimitii idente koje kupac nije od nas kupio?

Moguće je, ali u AK/Postavke/Parametri programa/Roba treba isključiti prekidač ¨Servis - traženje kupca po serijskom broju¨.
