U šifrantu artikala je definisana minimalna zaliha na artiklu, ali prilikom izdavanja tog artikla iako je pala zaliha ispod minimalne program ne javlja poruku.

Na šifrantu vrste dokumenta potrebno je označiti opciju "Kontrola minimalne zalihe". Poslije toga program će upozoriti uvijek kada zaliha padne ispod minimalne.
