U delu programa Zalihe se nalaze izveštaji razlike u ceni. Obračun razlike u ceni omogućava izračun razlike između prodajne i skladišne cene iz pozicije izdatog računa. Za obračune plaćene realizacije (ispisi od 283 do 289 u PANTHEON-u) mora biti dokument već knjižen ili delimično plaćan, budući da pratimo plaćanu realizaciju na izabranom kontu potražnje od kupca. Za ostale obračune je dovoljno da je izdati račun kreiran
