Podatak o knjigovodstvenoj vrsti identa je podatak, kojeg moramo OBAVEZNO unijeti među knjigovodstvene podatke u šifrant idenata!
Na osnovu postavka konta za pojedinu vrstu idenata, program izvodi automatsko knjiženje . Pomoću vrste identa možemo i ograničavati (filtrirati) razne preglede i ispise.
Za pravilno automatsko knjiženje moramo za svaku vrstu identa kod svakog poslovnog događaja upisati pravilna konta knjiženja!
