Zadanu napomenu možete uređivati u vrstama dokumenta, odabirom izbornika Postavke->Program->Vrste dokumenta. Otvara se šifrant vrste dokumenta u kojem možemo za svaku vrstu dokumenta u tab-u Napomene, polje Zadana napomena unijeti napomenu koju želimo da se uvijek upisuje za odabranu vrstu dokumenta.
