Ručno zatvaranje se koristi kada protuknjiženje za pojedini vezni dokument nije opremljeno s podatkom ili pozivom na taj vezni dokument. Takvo zatvaranje se koristi isključivo za zatvaranje otvorenih stavki na istom kontu.
