Servisni delovni nalog se deifnira v šifrantu vrst dokumentov, izbere se tip proizvodnje : Storitev. Nato se določi še VD za Zarančunljivo ter Nezarančunljivo.
Servisni delovni nalog se lahko kreira iz :
- Obdelave delovnih nalogov
- Šifranta resursov
-Modula Servis
