Kada se koristi poreska stopa iz šifrarnika razreda, a kada iz šifranta opština?

Ako je u šifrantu opština upisana vrijednost 0,00, koristi se poreska stopa iz šifrarnika razreda poreza.
Ako je u opštinama upisana neka druga stopa, onda se koristi ta konkretna vrijednost iz šifranta opština.
