U skladu s tehničkim uputstvom:
Knjižna obavijest mora biti izvezena kao poseban red u .csv datoteci.
Mora sadržavati tip dokumenta 06 ako nije moguće koristiti tip osnovne fakture.
Iznosi umanjenja se prikazuju u odgovarajućim kolonama – u skladu sa strukturom sloga za evidenciju nabavki i isporuka.
