U modulu Servis postoje Obračuni reklamacija. Na panelu Kupci je nekoliko različitih ispis za rešene reklamacije.
Obračun rešenih reklamacija kupaca pokazuje razliku između primljene i izdate količine reklamiranih idenata. Ovdje se takođe pojavljuju i delimično rešeni zahtevi reklamacije.
