Pozdravljeni,

prejeli smo odločbo ZZZS, ki je delavca iz bolniške odsotnosti 8h, vrnil na delovno mesto za 4h, preostanek 4h pa ostane na bolniški odsotnosti.

Ker se s takim primerom prvič srečujemo, me zanima ali v programu označimo od tega dneva dalje Skrajšan čas ali je dovolj, da v koledarju nastavimo odsotnost 4h bolniške 4h dela?

Pozdravljeni,

v koledarju označite kot ste zapisali. To NI klasičen skrajšan čas, delavec je pri vas še vedno zaposlen za 8 ur/dan.

Pozdravljeni,

kot zapisano, v koledar vnesite 4 ure bolniške odsotnosti in ne spreminjajte delovnega razmerja v parametrih za izračun plač.
