U modulu Servis postoje Obračuni reklamacija. Na panelu Kupci je nekoliko različitih ispis za riješene reklamacije.
Obračun riješenih reklamacija kupaca pokazuje razliku između primljene i izdane količine reklamiranih idenata. Ovdje se također pojavljuju i djelomično riješeni reklamacijski zahtjevi.
