Prvo, alat unosimo u Šifarnik osnovnih sredstava (ili Šifarnik sitnog inventara) (Novac/Osnovna sredstva/Registar), gde mu dodeljujemo podtip Alat ili Eksterni alat.
Zatim nastavljamo sa uređivanjem u Šifarniku alata (Podešavanja/Proizvodnja/Alati).
