U slučajevima kada dođe do neslaganja između zalihe i trgovačkim evidencijama, potrebno je da se pozove kontrolni ispis. Na tom ispisu možemo pronaći artikle na kojima ima neslaganje. Za te artikle potrebna je analiza i pronalazak uzrok neslaganja. U većini slučaja uzrok je ne postojanja cijene ili ako nisu urađeni dokumenti promjene cijena prilikom prodaje sa popustom.
