Dear PANTHEON users,
We would like to inform you of upcoming maintenance work on our servers with the purpose of increasing data security. This means that during a certain period (see below) some of our services may not be operating, while you will still be able to use PANTHEON as usually.
Time frame of server maintenance:
- Saturday, 18 February 2023, from 10:00 am, to Sunday, 19 February 2023, 23:59.
Services interrupted:
- PANTHEON upgrades
- All Datalab services:
- Data transfer from AJPES (or from other national databases)
- Training/education
- eDocumentation, Backup, etc.
- UserSite (instructions, ordering additional services, editing databases and managing Cloud users)
We recommend all users with PANTHEON on-premise licenses who are planning to use PANTHEON during the maintenance time to download codes at the latest on Friday, 17 February 2023. You can do this in the Administration Panel | Versions/Upgrades | Installation by clicking on the Download codes button (see image below).
