Financial Reports
The Financial Reports module is used to generate financial reports and comparisons. It works similarly to spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel). It is composed of cells where data is entered and arithmetic operations are run on them. Data is retrieved directly from the general ledger, according to the specified criteria (dates and formulas).
The module is accessed from menu Settings | Financials | Financial Reports.
Just like a spreadsheet which can have multiple worksheets the PANTHEON has multiple financial reports and formulas.

Financial reports can be import from web service. Follow the instructions Transfer Registers.

Here, the parameters for financial reports are set, while they are calculated and generated in the Financial Reports module.

Authorizations for generating financial reports and defining their formulas are assigned separately. This allows defining users that may change financial report parameters on one side and users that can only generate reports on the other.
