Department

General information on the department is entered in the General panel. You are not required to supply any other information.

Here are included departments, cost centers, profit centers or other company divisions.

Add reference for department to orders, invoices and other documents. It is used for genenrating views and analyses and in order to transfer data to subject accounts/general ledger.

When moving departments along the hieararchy (tree structure) of the company, the program announces the following warning:

Clicking the Confirm button will move the department to another location or department.

The Cancel button will not move a section below another section.

Click it todisplay company structure by number which is entered in subject's General panel.

Click it todisplay company structure by information in Name 2 field which is entered in subject's General panel.
