The functions from the menu choice "Desktop" are helpful especially when there are several windows open at once.

The functions for window management are:

• Arrange Minimized - arranges all minimized windows in the lower left corner of the screen
• Minimize All - minimizes all open windows
• Restore All - maximizes all open windows
• Close All - closes all open windows
• Reset Layout - clears the coordinates of windows and tables
• Tabbed Mode - arranges all open windows into tabs

The last part of this menu contains a list of open windows. The currently active window has a tick next to it.
