Financial Reports
The Financial Reports module is used to generate financial reports and comparisons. It works similarly to spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel). It is composed of cells where the data is entered and arithmetic operations are run on them. The data is retrieved directly from the general ledger, according to the specified criteria (dates and formulas).
The module is accessed from the menu Settings | Financials | Financial Reports.
Just like a spreadsheet which can have multiple worksheets, PANTHEON has multiple financial reports and formulas.

The financial reports can be imported from the web service. Follow the instructions in the chapter Transfer Registers.

Here, the parameters for the financial reports are set, while they are calculated and generated in the Financial Reports module.

Authorizations for generating financial reports and defining their formulas are assigned separately. This allows defining users that may change financial report parameters on one side and users that can only generate reports on the other.
