Before first beginning of year end close, Pantheon will be automatically redirected us to the document type register to open document type for that purpose.

Only one document type for year end close is needed.

 

 

Doc. Type for Closing Cost and Revenue Acct. We can select posting template on which bases Pantheon will at the year end check whether the cost and revenue accounts are really closed.  
Scenario Harmonized with Chart of Accounts If this option is not checked, we can change settings in chart of accounts  scenario for year end close. In the case of the use of multiple chart of accounts it is recommended to use a switch turned on in order to comply with the chart of accounts scenario .
