Payroll Adjustment Using Norm Attainment Factor

If you check

for earnings type, the norm attainment factor will be used to calculate total attainment of norm. It is displayed in pay slip: that is, individual earnings type, related norm attainment factor and in the header total weighted norm attainment factor.

Example: Let us say that the employee in the current month fulfilled the norm of: 150 hours thus exceeding the norm by 56% - factor = 1.56 10 hours thus exceeding the norm by 98 % - factor = 0.98 weighted norm attainment factor = ((150*1,56) + (10*0,98))/160 = 243,80/160 = 1,52375

a) Insert formulas for earnings types including attained norm value multiplied by the factor from payroll.
