Print Preview
In the print preview window, a report appears on the screen as it will appear on the paper. There are many options available in the table below. They are also available in the context menu.

Replaces report for preview. |
Print  |
Opens the printer selection and setup window. |
No print preview  |
Prints the entire report with the default settings. The keyboard shortcut is F7. |
Change printer  |
Opens a window where you can change the printer for this printout for this user.

Opens a window for selecting saved reports. |
Export  |
Export to various formats: PDF, HTML, Excel table (OLE), Excel table (XML), RTF, BMP, JPEG, TIFF, Gif, Text, CSV, E-mail sending,... |

Page Settings |
Opens a window in which you set the size, orientation, and edges of the page. The selected settings are only valid for the report that is displayed at the time. |
Design report  |
Opens a Report Designer window. |
Refresh  |
Refreshes the report. |
Edit  |
Opens a window in which we can edit report in preview. Usage of this feature is set by authorization in the administration panel: Security -> Datalab Aplikacije -> Datalab PANTHEON -> Settings -> Program -> Print Preview Editor. Permission must be set to 'Write' or 'Delete' to enable this feature for selected user. |
