Transfer Registers

We can import registers for Financial module by using web service. These register are:

1. Chart of Accounts,
2. Interest Rates,
3. Financial Reports,
4. Templates for Automatic Posting,
5. Depreciation Categories,
6. Reference Codes,
7. Reference Formats,
8. Transaction Purpose Codes,
9. Registers for Corporate Income Tax Report.

To download the register by using web service, we must be in the register, click button Import/ Export Data on the report and choose Transfer Registers option.

Not all Trasfer registers has the same elements. But mostly are the same:

Interest Rates

Financial Reports

Templates for Automatic Posting

Depreciation Categories

Reference Codes

Reference Formats

Transaction Purpose Codes

DDPO/DDD Settings

Import Type	The possible selections are: Add and Add/Update. Financial reports and template for automatic posting can only be add and not add/update. In case of transfer interest rates we can transfer the data for the entire series of interest rates or only missing records for a given interest rate. In doing so, we must choose the source (the interest rate on web service) and the target interest rate (interest rate in the Pantheon register).
For Country	We choose country from drop down menu. By default it is localization of the database used.
Transfer from Server	Button is used for download registers from web service to the table bellow and not yet in Pantheon. It is intermediate level for import of registers in Pantheon.
Transfer into Register	Button is used to import selected items (positions) into Pantheon register.
Download Settings from AJPES Excel Fiel for Annual Report	Switcher allows that also AOP  numbers are import from web service. AOP numbers are link key between Pantheon and Excel files. The settings for different company type may vary.
