Search for Allowance Basis up to 30 Days
With this option you calculate the gross houry pay for the calculation of
employee's allowance
for sick leave up to 30 days, because of disease
or injury outside work, and for the sick leave up to 30 days, because of
occupational disease or injury at work.
If you choose the option a window opens, where you enter following criteria:

From the drop-down list choose the document type, from
which you will get data about the calculated salary, which will serve you as
a basis for the calculation of the gross basis. |
| Period from |
From the drop-down list choose the period, which will serve you as the
basis for calculating the gross hourly pay. If you will calculate the
basis for one month the fields Period from and Period to have the same
value. |
| Period to |
From the drop-down list choose the period, which will
serve as the basis for calculating the gross hourly pay. If you will
calcuate the avarage salary for the last three months, you have to enter
into this field teh period that differs from the value in the field Period
from for two months. See example:

You can limit the calculation according to the individual
employee. If the field is empty, the program will calcualte the gross
hourly pay for all employees in the database. |
