Edit Type
To change the absence type, continue as following. Open the Absence Overview form and select from the lookup list the employee to whom you would like to change the absence type. Next, you can select dates on the calendar, use a right-click function and select the Edit Type option. You can also run the function from the Wizards menu of the Absence Type form or with a click on the Edit Absence button
in the Absence Overview panel of the Employee Files.
Once, you have run the function, the program will open the Edit Absence form:

Employee |
In this field you can select the employee to whom you would like to edit absence types. |
Absent From |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date from which on the program will change the absence type. If you have already selected the dates in the Absence Overview form, the program will fill this field automatically. |
Absent To |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date up to which the program will change the absence type. The absence can take only one day as well. If so, you have to enter the same date in the Absent From and Absent To field. |
Absence Type |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the absence type that you would like to set for the employee. |
Once, you have defined all data, click the Edit Absence button

and the program will enter the changes in the calendar.

In order to get correct absence types, you must create the register of earnings types and define correct absence types! |
