Changelog Settings
Changelog Settings
Here you can set for any PANTHEON table whether you will monitor changelog for it or not.
The changelog is here used for:
- viewing changes made to a specific document (You can see who, where and when changed a specific piece of data.)
- using the undo function to restore data to a previous state.
Below you can see a list of all available tables. By clicking the field in the Log column activates track changes (checked) or you can stop it (unchecked). Even if you turn off tracking, the existing information remain in table. Only the new ones are not stored.

There are the following two icons visible in the upper section:
 |
Clicking this icon deletes all records in changelog for the selected table. Hence all history of changews made is deleted. |
 |
Clicking this icon deletes changelog table from database together with all the records and triggers related to it. |
Mandatory changelog tables for fiscalization purposes.
All tables that are in use when using fiscalization must have logging enabled:
- tHE_CashReg,
- tHE_CashRegItem,
- tHE_Move,
- tHE_MoveCash,
- tHE_MoveFiscalisation,
- tHE_MoveItem,
- tHE_MoveItemCosts,
- tHE_MoveItemExcise,
- tHE_MoveItemExciseOut,
- tHE_MoveInstPay,
- tHE_MoveItemSerialNo
If logging for a specific table is disabled you will be notified when entering the program. The sam applies for Pantheon.exe and RT.exe.

If choosing NO button, program will automatically close, If choosing YES button, program will open form Changelog Settings. Only mandatory tables are displayed. You must enable Log checkbox for all listed tables and then close the form. Once logging for these tables is enabled, it cannot be disabled.

When setting up changelog you are OBLIGED TO PREVENT that non-authorized users colud access and change settings. This can be done by assigning zero authorizations to all users (except for the administrator, if he or she exists).
