This function is available in the Wizards menu of Trip documents. 

If you select this function, the program will open a special form, through which you can set a filter to check and report trips:

 

Employee

You can filter records by an individual employee.

Daily Allow.

You can filter records by the type of the daily allowance.

No. From

You can filter records by the start number of the trip documents.

To

You can filter records by the end number of the trip documents.

Date From

You can filter records by the start date of the trip document.

To

You can filter records by the end date of the trip document.

Travel From

You can filter records by the start date of the travel from the trip document.

To

You can filter records by the end date of the travel from the trip document.

Payout From

You can filter records by the start date of the payout.

To

You can filter records by the end date of the payout.

Show All Years

If you select this option, the program will display records of all previous years (by default, the program will display only records from the current year).

Once, you have set criteria, click the Filter button.
