U IZRADI Formulas Used in Overview
Use formulas to calculate balance overview in a financial report. The formulas include various accounts and mathematical operations. Balance overview, however, displays amount obtained by using formula. Set criteria and click Filter to open the Overview panel. Here are displayed posts that you can subseqently show in report.
Example:
The formula #O120%#-#O220%# displays the negative amount -€10.511,78 in report for period from May 1st, 2008 to May 31st, 2008.
Posts included in this amount are displayed in Browse Posts. You have to enter formula and set period:
Click Filter to display posts matching set criteria and accounts included in the formula:
The Balance column displays amount of line included in formula. That is, deduct debit balance of account 220% from balance of account 120%. Positive amounts are displayed black. On the other hand, negative ones are displayed red.
