Payroll Preparation for all employees
The function key is used to calculate salaries for all employees that we have entered into payroll preparation.
Only when we properly executed the payroll preparation, we can also calculate salaries.

If we did not enter the average salary for the period for which the salary is calculated, we did not provide data for the calculation of personal income tax. Therefore, the program terminates the payroll preparation and reports an error:

The program is with calculation errors warning us, if there is any data in payroll preparation that is pointless. In this case, the calculation is done and the list of errors is displayed. We follow the list of errors and warnings witch we check and correct in the preparation.

We can start Payroll calculation for all employees only for those calculations that are not yet completed! |
In case we have in Salary Calculation for one employee checked the box for automatically add the difference to minimal salary, the program will consider it here.
