Import from Excel file Positions of Employment
Function allows import and correction of data of positions of employment from prefilled Excel file. From one Excel file, we can import data to the Position register individual position or more positions at the same time. For import use a predefined template, that we fill in Excel. We add example in sample file. Import is located in taskbar on the button Import/Export button 
.
By pressing on the option Import from Excel a window below opens:

Open
|
By pressing on the button we open the Excel file.

Transfer
|
By pressing on the button, we transfer data to Position register. With successful transfer, the program displays message bellow, which we confirm.

Mode
|
In this field we can select one of two options of import data, which are:
- New data: which is used for import new data of position, which means, that for the position for which we are importing there is no data. Or
- Change data: which is used for import for changing the data, which means that we already have data for this position we would just like to import changes.

Transfer Records with Missing Registers
|
If we select this option, the program automatically add missing records in the register.

Register Overview
|
By pressing on the button we check, if the prepared data are matching with the register in the program.

With the checker we confirm in case we have all data correctly entered or are in accordance with the register in the program.
