Copy plan lines and plans themselves is done in the same window. The following two ways are available to do this:
- Click duplicate 
button in taskbar of the Plan window in order to copy.
-As well as by clicking Copy Plan Lines command in the wizards menu.
A window opens in which you can enter criteria in the upper section and in the bottom section you can view lines to copy.
Entering Criteria in Copying Plan
From Plan

Enter or select the ID of plan you want to copy. |
To Plan
|
Enter or select the ID of plan to which you want to copy. |
| Start Time From - To |
Set bottom and upper margin of start time period of source plan. |
| End Time From - To |
Set bottom and upper margin of end time period of source plan. |
Customer
| Enter or select a customer linked to plan.
|
Dept.
| Enter or select a department linked to plan.
|
Cost Ctr.
|
Enter or select a cost center linked to plan.
|
| Item Types |
Set item types in order to restrict lines of source plan.
|
| Copy Work Order Number. |
If checked, copies number of work order in line of source plan.
|
Copy Mode
|
Select a mode for copying plan. (For detailed treatment see follow-up.)

List of Lines in Source Plan
Sel.
|
If checked, marks line is for copying. You can check it or uncheck it by double-clicking, or by selecting a command in right-click menu.

Line
|
Displays number of line in source plan.
|
Alt.
|
Displays number of alternate line in source plan.
|
Item
|
Displays ID of item in source plan.
|

Displays name of item in source plan.
|
Quantity
|
Displays a planned quantity of line in source plan.
|
U/M
|
Displays unit of measurement (U/M) used.
|
Doc. Type
|
Displays ID of document type used in creating line of plan.

Displays start date in line of source plan.

| End Date |
Displays end date in line of source plan.
|
| Order |
Displays ID of order in line of source plan.

Displays order line number in line of source plan.

| Displays customer linked to plan.

Displays cost center linked to plan.

Displays ID of item type.

Displays an ID of primary category of item.

Select among the following copying modes:
| Overwrite Target Plan Lines with Source Plan Lines
|
By using this option overwrites target plan lines with source ones. All checked lines from the list previously restricted by criteria are copied to target plan.

| Append Source Plan Lines to Target Plan
|
All checked lines from the list previously restricted by criteria are appended to target plan.

| Overwrite Target Plane with Source Plan |
Here the source plan is copied to target plan. Having selected this option you cannot set start
and end dates, items types plus you are unable to select individual source plan lines.

Having set criteria click Refresh in order to refresh data. After that click Copy.
In case the target plan doesn't exist the following mesasge appears:
On the other hand, in case the source plan doesn't exist the following mesasge appears:
In case the source plan field is left empty the following message appears:
If you set criteria incorrectly you are informed by way of the following message.
Before proceeding, you have to confirm the operation.
The following message informs you that the system finished copying.
