Print separators

With Print seprators it is possible to print document separators used to link paper documents with digital archive in Documentation.

Print separators form is accessible on a Documentation form. Select button Import/export - and select .

Filter

Search for all already created separators.

Date From	Date from creation of separators
Date To	Date to of creation of separators
Archive	Archive name
	Collect all separators according to selected filters

Preparation

Printing a series of similar documents by merging data of prefix, No. of digits and suffix.

Prefix	Set a prefix for a separator name
Suffix	Set a sufix for a separator name
Archive	Select an Archive name
Number of digits	Set a number of digits
Number of labels	Set a number of labels
	Prepare data according to selected settings. Data will appear in a grid.
	Print selected separators.
