ToDo

In this chapter we are going to check ToDo form.

Form can be opened by using button  in the upper right corner of Pantheon desktop.

Hint For opening the ToDo form you can navigate from menu.

1. ToDo form

On Todo form there are tasks from all users, finished and unfinished. Tasks can be created by creating a Task or via Workflow. Execute a task by doubleclicking on a task. Group execution of tasks is also possible by selecting multiple tasks and pressing button Run.

After opening Pantheon, ToDo form is automatically opened if there are any opened tasks for current Pantheon user. Also a check for any expired tasks is executed in the background. Statuses for expired tasks are then set accordingly. After every five minutes check for expired task is executed in the background.

 if there are open tasks, the number appears next to the icon. Number represents the number of opened tasks.

• Grid list with data where tasks are available.
• Use Filters to search tasks.

You can also select default opening mode by clicking on button:

•  - Integrate Form - the to do list window will open in same mode as other PA windows
• - Pop Up - The to do listis opend as pop up forma and can be move freely - this mode is useful if you have two screens

You can see if any mode is selected by look of the button. If any of optin is selected the button is focused:

• - Integrate window mode is on
• - Pop Up Mode is on

With a right mouse click a pop-up menu opens with options that are also available on form: create a new task, open/close/cancel task. There are also options for easier selection of tasks and other standard options.

2. Workflow tasks

Workflow tasks are generated by running Workflows. That it is a Workflow task it is displayed in the grid list where Calendar type column is named "Workflow tasks".

- Run selected tasks. Task is selected when it is checked in filed 'Mark'. Tasks and are run in queue. Delayed tasks which includes 'Not started' and 'In progress' tasks are automaticcaly marked as they are unfinished.

When several workflow tasks are started and one task is stopped in between, we receive a notification where we can choose what should happen to the next workflow tasks in the queue that are still waiting to execute.

3. ToDo tasks

ToDo tasks can be created from any Pantheon from. That it is a ToDo task it is displayed in the grid list where Calendar type column is named "ToDo Task".

4. Expired tasks

Use button to check any expired tasks.

5. Printing tasks

Use button to print tasks, either with mouse over icon or right mouse click to open drop down menu. There are three reports possible:
