Document preview
       
The Document Preview for the selected document appears on the right side of the Documents form.
With this functionality, you can preview all files added to the selected document from the grid list.

HINT
The Document Viewer allows you to view and edit for the following file formats: PDF, RTF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DICOM, EML, MSG, JSON, XML, JPG, PNG, BMP.

The following is a description of the functionality of the form.
The Document Preview includes many options for document management:

 (Collapse/expand document preview)
|
By clicking on the button, you can expand or collapse the document preview windows for easier data review.
The functionality is available for all file formats.

 (Show/Hide document preview)
|
By clicking on the button, you can open the window preview in a new pop-up window.
The functionality is available for all file formats.
|
|
 (Add Document)
|
The button opens the Scan/Import documents form, where you can add documents to the Documentation.
The functionality is available for all file formats.
|
|
 (Info)
|
Displays or hides the document information that appears on the Documentation tab: Links, Metadata, Files, Chat Log.
The functionality is available for all file formats.

HINT
The button is not available on forms where the Documentation tab is present.

|
|
 (Navigation buttons)
|
The buttons enable navigation between the documents in the package.
The functionality is available for all file formats.
|
|
 (Print document)
|
Clicking on the button opens the print menu.
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.
|
|
 (Change view)
|
By clicking on the button, you can change the view of the document to a PDF preview in the integrated web browser.
The functionality is available for formats: DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF.

 (Close file)
|
Close the document preview by clicking the button.
The functionality is available for all file formats.
|
|
 (Zoom)
|
The buttons enable zooming or reducing (zoom in, zoom out) the preview of the document.
The functionality is available for formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF.

|
 (Fit to width)
|
By clicking on the button, the section with the preview of the document is adjusted to the preview window width.
The functionality is available for formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF.

 (Fit to page)
|
By clicking on the button, the preview section of the document is adjusted to the page.
The functionality is available for formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF.

 (Moving the document)
|
By clicking on the document, the document can be moved around the window.
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.
|
|
 (Copy selected text to the clipboard)
|
By clicking the button, you copy the selected text from the document to the clipboard.
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.
|
|
 (Snapshot part of the document)
|
By clicking on the button, you can snapshot part of the document.
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.

|
 (Draw note square)
|
By clicking on the button, you can draw a square, where you can enter any note.
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.

 (Add text watermark to the document)
|
Clicking on the button opens a drop-down list with options for adding a watermark to the document. You can choose between:
- Add a text watermark
- Add a picture watermark
- Draw a picture watermark
The functionality is available for the format: PDF.

HINT
Field descriptions and technical instructions for adding a watermark to a document can be found in the Watermark chapter.

The document viewer displays an image of a physical document that has been added to the Documentation.

WARNING
Once the watermark is set and saved, it cannot be deleted.
