Field Service Granule

Welcome to the technical guide for Field Service Granule!

Field Service Granule gives an overview of all service work orders or only those assigned to the signed-in Granule user, depending on the license in use.

It enables the user to list the service work orders, plan and assign service work to workers, report work done, report issued material and the use of tools. 

WARNING
  • For activation of Field Service Granule​ please see chapter PANTHEON Granules and activation.
  • PANTHEON Granules are adapted for use on mobile devices.
  • Ganules specific logo and name in the main menu is visible if user has one Granule assigned to him.  In case of several assignes Granules to the user the main menu shows geneal Granules logo.

Servicing WO List

The list of Servicing WOs. This form opens when you log in to the Field Service Granule.
Servicing WO

Shows detailed data about the selected servicing WOs, Issued material, Tools, and Operations.
Operation Shows the lines of the work operations on a particular Servicing WO. 
Tools Shows the tools required on a particular Servicing WO. 
Issued material Shows the material lines on a particular Servicing WO.
